Kolkata Knight Riders lost their first match of the tournament when they were beaten by the Chennai Super Kings at the Chepauk. Some poor batting by the visiting side - IPL kolkata, saw the team putting up just 147 runs. Chennai team reached the score 148 with overs to spare.
